Sir what is the exact difference between Common number and Power or Powered number sir

What happens in a scenario where by the common number appears same time in one’s name, how do we determine the powered number.
Again which of the name should be used among our names, first name middle name or last name?
Does our surname have any effect to our vibration or expression?
Will appreciate response sir, cause haven’t been getting response to my questions since have been asking on this platform.
